Sharon City School District

Melissa Janes, Sharon High School Librarian, was presented a proclamation from Pennsylvania 7th District Representative Mark Longietti recognizing the month of April as School Libraries Month.  Rep. Longietti, who was the primary sponsor of the legislation in the House of Representatives, spoke to a group of Sharon Middle School students about the important role libraries play in the education of students across the Commonwealth.
