• For your convenience I have installed an online work order process. All work orders from now on should be completed at http://wo.sharon.k12.pa.us. If you already have a paper work order in, please do not resubmit that work order online. 

    On the main page, you will see “Open A New Ticket” and “Check Ticket Status”. Opening a new ticket will create a work order. Fill out all required information. On the Subject Line please put the building and room number you are in. Ex. (Subject: Case 102). In the Message portion please describe your problem.

    After you submit your ticket and it has been approved, you will be emailed a confirmation and ticket number which can be used to check the status of your work order.  Now you will be able to tell if your computer is waiting on a part or what the expected delivery date is.
