If you have a child who will be 5 years old by September 1, 2021 please come to the main office and pick up a Kindergarten Registration Packet on March 24th from 9-11 OR 12-4. You will take the packet home and fill it out and then bring it back to the school when completed with the following information: 2 forms of proof of residency. Your child's birth certificate. Your child's Social Security Card and your child's shot records.
